Anna has been a friend of mine for over a year now. We met at an open mic in August 2009 and have kept in touch since, meeting up for more performances. Tonight, I went to her coffeehouse concert (and fell in love with the place itself) in Manchester

Ohhh she's very good! Her piano playing sort of lulled me into a trance, and the lyrics bounce and bound, reminiscent of Dar Williams or Joni Mitchell...but in the middle, so a happy Joni or a slightly more introspective Dar hahaha

You'll have to let me know where you're performing next! I mostly work mornings, so I'm usually free after that, and I'd love to reconnect! (preferably NOT over a latte! HAHA)

Usually the first Thursday of every month, but they moved the December one around, so I'm not really sure, but generally soon!
