Gotta love when the department right outside your office is having a potluck, expect you to bring something and you know there won't be a single thing you can eat - including what you're making.

Ah well...such is life.

I am locked into making the same thing for every potluck. I make lil Smokies that they love and always demand. So, for the last two years that's all I've made. :/

Remember that you can always allow yourself a cheat day man. Heck one meal will not derail you. Sundays are the one day of the week I allow myself to go crazy.
