In my last post I mentioned I was having some trouble deciding about petticoats. I have 3 different ones that I am trying to choose between, or I could do a combination of them.

I made the Truly victorian one but I am now thinking of adding some ruffles to the top back section like you said.

I wish I knew more about historical costuming to give you an actual opinion - but I have no idea! All of them look so beautiful, though, and I can't wait to see the finished product! ♥ ♥

Awww thanks hon! Victorian is my favourite historical period, but despite all my research, I still don't know everything there is to know! I decided to go with two petticoats, the first one (on the left) and an amalgam of the last two (the TV pattern with frills on the upper back, floor length). I figure it's better to have more than not enough! Especially with Victorian!
