Mirror, Mirror?

So, I've already done this on Facebook.  But, LJ is nice too!  I'm wondering if anyone out there is thinking of playing Mirror, Mirror?  And if so, how people feel about possibly putting together a "team".   It feels sort of weird to put a team together from what I've heard about the game, but

I really don't have room for a...fourth game...but I am kind of interested. I'd like to see rules/requirements/background first though. Also I'm not sure how a team would work unless you're all from the same adventuring party/world. I guess it could also work if you're the same "species" be it from a variety of different worlds?

I do think that it could be "cooler" if it was a bunch of people who played in some table top together, and we're flipping it over into the larp. But I haven't seriously table topped in years, so I don't have that. Even teams from other larps...the people I've teamed with are not people who still larp, and if they do, they're mainly NERO players and are wildly high level and don't have a ton of interest.

But unless you're literally dropping right from one game world into the other at game start....I feel like that can be worked out.

Yeah, this. As "sparse" is an understatement for the website at present, I really can't say much at all here.

Oddly, the number one factor I've begun to consider in trying a new game is the site. I know that sounds back asswards, and also rather snobby, but I'm just totally uncomfortable with crappy sites these days. I don't want to say I'm interested until I'm sure it won't be in mofo-ing CT, or at a site with cabins that have holes in the walls.

Maybe I'm getting old, but I think my comfort and simple quality of living has just begun to outweigh my desire for games based solely on zomg-enjoyment. Probably because I enjoy them far more when I'm not waking up at 6am covered in dew and shivering.

So I look forward to more info, and might be interested. We shall see!

Not odd at all, M. I feel the same way. I'm too old for freezing, and being uncomfortable. It is apparently a new to us site not very far from the Madrigal site, near a bunch of shopping/restaurants. But, yeah, I'm also hoping it'll be a nice site. I think the Madrigal cabins are nice, and I have high hopes.

If I get a site name, and can find a link, I'll put it around here somewhere. :-)
