It's not uncommon in Milliways for a Bound patron used to having much more space than the bar and its outer area provide to get restless and edgy.

Tirian is currently learning this the hard way.

So, he's exploring the far side of the lake and the edge of the woods, trying not to let the feeling get to him.

There is no voice calling his name, there is no warm and smiling face waiting to welcome him.

Nonetheless, there is a sense, in the air, that the forest is where he might like to be.

And should he turn that way, there will be a flash of gold through the trees.

He does turn, and his eye is caught.

Brow furrowing slightly, he moves toward the trees, feeling a pull he can't entirely explain.

And as he walks, there is a sound growing louder beside him.

Two sounds.

One a rough and raspy breath, the other a deep and vibrant rumble.

It is not entirely dissimilar to a Lion's purr.

It's not.

And Tirian hasn't been walking long or hard enough for his breathing to be this uneven.

Lucy said Aslan had been seen here.

He doesn't dare hope. Not this time.

He wants to.
