About my writing:
-I enjoy writing goofy fics just as much as I enjoy writing dark, dramatic fics.
-I have a fondness for AU fics that involve the supernatural. I won't write AU set in the past or the future; I won't do fantasy or sci-fi unless there is a strong plot bunny that overpowers me or I am begged to the point of breaking.
-I also really like crossover fics. Who it's about is really dependent on what inspires me. Sometimes I am really drawn to pairings that make sense and other times I fall in love with the most inconceivable, random pairing on the planet.
-I sometimes write death, violence, suicide, and other forms of abuse. I tend to be very detailed and very graphic. Things sometimes get downright gory and disturbing.
-I am hesitant to write any reference to the abuse of harsh chemical substances, though I will write about alcohol abuse, prescription drug abuse, or pot. I will absolutely not write about any other illegal drug.
-I have a tendency to write about unrequited love, unhappy love affairs, and tragic lovers with very sad endings. For some reason, I really have a thing for bittersweet love stories.
-I write very descriptive sex scenes and use a lot of foul language. Just warning you now. XDDD If you want to read the words "member", "love opening", "manliness" or any other synonym straight out of your grandmother's old Harlequin romances, then you don't want to read my smut. In fact, you'll probably be lucky if I use "penis" more than once. XP
-I will write fluff. I will also write school fics. I will not write incest, bestiality, furries, anything involving bodily fluids that belong in a toilet, pedophilia, or serious mpreg (though I will do mpreg for comedic purposes).
-I DO NOT DO DRABBLES. EVER. I do oneshots of varying lengths and chapter fics of varying lengths. If you ask me for a drabble I will have to hurt you (nothing personal, of course).
Can't really think of anything else at the moment. I'm not even sure I really did this right. >>;; The list of bands I've written about is admittedly rather short and I'll be the first to say that I've been limited in who I've written about up to now. But I do want to branch out, most definitely. Just need a little inspiration.
