Only Yuna, Yuki, Ai, and Hakuba recieved things if they ordered it.

The help doesn't matter so much as the fact that everything heavy/warm vanished, and he noted it in his post offering. Unfortunately we only just now caught this, and we can't ask you to retcon both. And with help... one solid coat, lined for weather, takes a week, easily.
