I have this disease where I always forget to ask people how they are in return.

I think its called narcisism. Or is that the one where you fall asleep all the time?

i feel like narcisism is more like thinking you're amazing and looking at yourself in the mirror a lot and just thinking everyone wants to be you.

i don't know.
