I made beer today! It is a honey ale from Tha' Hop Shop...this is my first ever attempt. I was very clean and I think it should work out well ( Read more... )

Aw sadness, I will have to miss it, being in Boston at the time.

However......one year! Yay! And that was one hell of a party, for one hell of a couple.

Wow! A year already! Actually it seems like longer ago than that really.

Can't wait to hear how the beer goes. That's something I'd like to do when I'm not in Tokyo... no room here. (The leopard geckos, crickets, and (captive) cockroaches are taking up a good chunk of space now!)
