sometimes life sucks, but i am in new haven, and i can go get a double shot of espresso from the publick cup (neé koffee too?) and take it next door and pour it onto a scoop or two of ashley's bittersweet chocolate ice cream and then life doesn't suck quite as much anymore

What program? I'm still finishing undergrad but I can ask people I know or else do some reconnaissance.

Creative writing masters. He's really doubting it though - the reason he wanted to go there was John Crowley, his favourite author, teaches there but only teaches undergrad. I keep encouraging him to write an email to Crowley to see if he can suggest the right masters program for someone who wants to write fantasy/science fiction and teach.
