i was referring to a transgendered/sexual person who identifies as a woman even though they may not be 'biologically' female.

haha. I'm pretty sure there isn't a take-home in that class, at least he didn't mention it (though that's not saying a lot). Yeah, the syllabus doesn't say anything about one either, so I'm quite sure we're in the clear. :)
