if my plan goes... according to plan, then when i'm at work tomorrow i will have become:

1. more confident
2. more assertive
3. a little less emotional
4. a little less in a state of having one's head up one's ass
5. free of icecream on my face

i hope to at least accomplish the first two. but the rest are all worthy of achieving.
