Urg, anxiety

I'm heading down to San Francisco the 14th-19th for 'tonio's birthday and I'm having all sorts of anxiety. I just found out that a party friend from DC will be there. I really want to be able to go out dancing without getting sucked into a all night party marathon. Also, I'm worried because I'm on WW and I know how hard it is to stay on point

Sounds like you have a great plan, Ruthie. I know it's hard to go hang out with people who aren't exactly on the same program as you, but I think you have good ideas. Don't forget to have fun :)
