haha not quite. Shakespeare and Dante, for example, both believed that the two existed quite well: the sun, the stars, the planets, all spin through the love of God. How surprising should it be that the movement of the spheres should affect us on Earth?

To believe solely in astrology, that would be an affront to the Lord: to see it as proof of his infinite power... that is different.

To presume to know anything about the universe is an affront to the Lord, when our comprehensive capacities are so limited in this regard, and presumably the Lord made everything and thus knows everything ( ... )
