pretty ballsy for an active marine to write such a letter, although he was criticizing the air force, not the president, i guess.

Yeah, the Moonies. I'm surprised they printed that letter, since they are pretty open advocates of the GOP.

This is more likely a Air Force vs. Marines thing than anything else, the Air Force is as un-military and un-death oriented as you can get compared to the Marines, but the Air Force's budget is significantly higher. Besides, shouldm't the whole chain of command mentality take over here, if the Commander-in-Chief is taking it to the Gun Show why can't some 22 year-old kid do it.
