Apparently they are responsible for framing the head of the Department of Homeland Security for trying to have sex with a 14 year old girl that he met on the internet. The 14 year old girl was actually a cop, who got him to talk about his job at the department and scan a copy of his badge into the computer.

Wow, and he didn't have any internal alarms go off when he was scanning that badge? I now question our safety even more.
