I have just recently realized that while all people may have been put on this world for a reason, discovering that reason is the prerogative of the person himself. No god will ever swoop down and tell a person what his mission in life is.
I consider myself the exception.
Orochimaru-sama is, if not actually a god, definitely close enough. Immortal and all-powerful, he has as much right as any to rule the world. And so my mission in life, as I understand it, is to become the best vessel for him possible. A sacrifice for God, you see.
…The problem right now being this: where is God? And for that matter, where am I? It is strange enough waking in some sort of carriage, but the, uh, parrot is rather stranger. It is not native to Rice Field Country, which means I am not -
Welcome to Hell? I’m sure I’m not actually in - but - Orochimaru-sama! I must become his vessel! I cannot be dead! I am not dead! This cannot possibly be Hell!
So where is this?
But more important: Orochimaru-sama. Where is he?
