Trust me, I know the feeling. The only thing you can do is let it hurt. It will get better, but honestly it will probably get worse first. I heard my boyfriend say to me "My heart is still with her..." and I literally went screaming down the back hallway of the mall and fell down crying in a heap on the floor, begging, screaming... I even hit him a few times. It kills you inside, you feel like you can't go on, and no matter what anyone says you can't help but love them no matter what they did, no matter how much they deserve to be in agony like they did to you... and that makes it sting just that much more. It's horrible, and no one deserves it, but shit happens. Shit sucks, I can tell you I have a bunch of shit right now, but the sun comes up again, the fire dies down, and the tears of hate and anger and love that was not reciprocated will lessen.
