Week 2:
I repeated the week 1 part of the hundred pushups dealie. I also did 10-15 minutes on the rowing machine Monday and Wednesday, and 20 minutes on Tuesday and Thursday. On Friday I was feeling a bit under the weather from my cold; I only did the pushups.

So, we started doing the 100 pushups as well, but since we're both wussy, we're doing the modified on our knees push ups. It makes for a much more encouraging start...
