ROS NEEDS A VOLUNTEER
Don't worry, it's not for anything more than a minor, assumed scuffle.
Basically, the Master's bored, wants to take advantage of the fear/chaos by adding MORE to it, and he's a competitive little shit who thinks he should be the top of the KILLIN' FOLKS GAME.
So, he needs somebody-- ideally, an Inmate... IDEALLY, one who expressed interest in (or at least RESPONDED TO, he's not that picky) Ethan's "game," but that's not necessary. And it has to be somebody he could plausibly get the upper hand over, either through trickery or force. He's going to attack, likely on the deck or somewhere not crawling with Wardens, and do his creepy "I'M SO HUNGRY C:" thing.
However, the Master's been sort of broody since his canon update, even though he's been blathering on the network like he's totally fine. He just doesn't have the same, uh, passion for wanton murder as he used to. So, he will basically end things by sighing, pouting, and walking off without explanation. He won't talk about it, but whoever he attacks is free to go "GUYS the Master attacked me" and get him locked up.
