I’m getting a little tired. Maybe I should look into getting some more coffee from the local store or something. I know it’s stupid to worry about him, being all, asleep on the couch and all…

But I can’t stop myself from fretting.

…I hope he wakes up soon.

ever the worried, &somarium, always the worrier, *nate

People do wake up here. That's a thing.

So I've been told. I'm among the people whom have fallen into comas and woken. I know it happens, but... It's still worrying.

Yeah, so am I. Almost everyone here has at some point. It's not that worrisome.

I guess I'm just kind of a worry wart.

We've been through this before, haven't we?

Unfortunately.
And unfortunately, I'll never not be unnerved at the thought of just dropping into comas.

Which reminds me - weren't you in one yourself? It's nice to hear from you. How you feeling?

It's alright. As much as I keep telling everyone to not worry, I can't deny that I end up doing exactly the same thing. Though it always has turned out well in the end.

[Honestly, not well at all, but Elena has more than enough to worry about.] You caught me. My husband and I somehow managed to fall asleep at about the same time and wake up together too. So, as far as inconvenient sleep comas are, it could have been worse.

Just behind in gossip and work.

The issue is the lack in knowing if this is going to end up with him being well or not, I think. Although it's nice to know I'm not the only one who worries.

Well, that's better than him falling asleep with another woman, right?

I find myself behind in both those areas too, to be honest.

Well... That's what you humans do when you sleep, right? You have to wake up sometime. Unless, you know, you're dead.

Or are in a deep coma for an unknown period of time.

idiot_sphere November 29 2011, 07:37:53 UTC
Yeah, but you could still wake up from that, right?

Eventually, sure. :)
I'm just waiting for him to wake up from his. Just... Don't like the waiting, I suppose.

Wake soon? Is this another one of those sleep comas?

Unfortunately so. Have you come across them before yourself?

I've heard about it from a boy before. And it happened to my boyfriend earlier this month.

This is among the first times I've ever encountered it this way before, by which I mean I'm being witness to it's occurrence. It happened to be a while back, but, being on this "side" of the happening is a bit awkward for me.

And here I was wondering why he was so quiet.

[A thoughtful pause.]

Hanging in there alright, love?

[He might have reasons beyond kindness for wanting to know, but he's not going to show them. Just a reforming villain here, trying to settle the score peacefully. Right? Of course.]

( there's a face she didn't expect to see )

It is a bit shocking to have someone like him being silent, huh?

( she's not going to ask what his ulterior motives are just yet, mostly because she'd like to think he might not have them for once )

Not too bad, I suppose, considering. Just... Fretting like always, y'know?

[He snorts wryly.]

He'll be back and talking all our ears off soon enough.

[Too soon as far as Flynn's concerned - though much of his ire has been mellowed (at least currently) by his ever lingering cold. Figures that he would escape death only to catch a virus from hell.]

I'm sure he will. He's pretty good at that, to be honest.

( offering him a small smile here now, she's just going to continue to attempt to be pals with you Flynn. isn't that awesome? you know it's awesome )

You sound kind of stuffed up, Harry. Taking anything for that?
