that was my problem yesterday. i'm so freaked out and frazzled about it that none of that link makes sense to me. i just don't see if she's right.
she says she served us a 5 day on the 7th but we paid on the 13th a payment. so we were told that stops it. and she's been avoiding us and refusing money and we were also told she can't do that. so it's hard figuring it out.
my mom's at the court now(her names on the eviction while mine and bf are on the lease) or whatever so we'll see i guess.
