Incident: Two Murders, gang related
When: Self-explanatory
Police response (if any): NPC police officers investigated.

What happened?: An unidentified male (the Punisher) ambushed
Consequences: Two dead drug dealers, $2000 in cash stolen.
Investigating officer(s): Not yet, but any of the copcast should feel free to jump on the case

Okay I really messed that up, sorry. That's what I get for being tired when I filled it out.

When: Monday evening Oct. 4th
What happened?: An unidentified male (the Punisher) ambushed two known drug dealers just after they had concluded a sale. He fired six shots exactly, two rounds to the chest, one to head for each of the victims. Caliber of the recovered bullets is .45, most likely fired from a Model 1911 pistol. The surviving witness says that the killer grabbed him, and told him to immediately go to the police to tell them what had just happened. He was then set free, and did exactly as he was told.

Incident: Abduction and fake 'trial'
When: Self-explanatory
Police response (if any): Don't believe so
Was there a log of the event?: Yes.
What happened?: From Tuesday November the second to Saturday November the 6th a man believed to be an alternate version of Harvey Dent abducted thirteen people: Abby Boylen and twelve conscripted jurors. She was placed on trial for the shooting of Terrance Ward and found guilty, then turned over to Jonathan Crane for punishment. The abductions were carried out using tranquilizer darts.
Consequences: Crane let Abby go. No one was seriously hurt besides Crane, who sustained a gunshot wound. (An NPC accomplice of Harvey has been driven to suicide by Kale Ingram in revenge for his abduction, although none of this is known ICly right now)
Investigating officer(s): Jack Bauer has been following up, mainly by interviewing jury members. He has spoken to Kale Ingram and four City natives who were also abducted.
Case status: Open. Culprit known but not yet apprehended.
