So I tried to get some money out today to be met with an insufficient funds message which was most perplexing. c'mon, you should know better than that. go down to a branch and talk to them in person, you will get a better result.

turns out that the phone call worked fine, i was shipped off the phone in 30 seconds flat being told it would be refunded.
