So, no real spoilers, bb! I just think that the bloodied Sam in the promo up there is the Sam behind our Sam's wall; the Sam who spent time in the pit with Lucifer and Michael and who is flayed beyond recognition, and I think that once the wall falls, our Sam has to deal with that/him. No idea how it'll tie into anything else, though!
I just didn't want this on the entry, because some people don't know that the wall is going to crash down in the finale.
