I feel ya, sista,

One night, when I was 18, I was on 275 heading south. It was just before the 5th Ave exit ramp, and it was raining like crazy. I get in the lane to exit, and the car starts to slide into the guard rail. I pumped the brakes and cranked the wheel all the way to the left. Just in time the car started to slide in a left hand circle. It got me away from the guard rail, but spun me right out into the other lanes of traffic.

It is the most odd experience to look other drivers in the face while your car is just spinning out of control. Very Twilight Zone.

So the car stops. I have not hit anyone, but I am still in traffic. the car is straddling two lanes. at first I just sat there in shock, but that was only for a few seconds as a huge Semi truck came wizzing past me. As scared and shaken as I was, I had to drive off.

thats exactly what i felt like.. and its very weird, slowly but lightly floating backwards watching what looks like on coming car lights coming after you, and that kinda jerks u back to real life. its almost like a life wake up call. like ur totally out of control with life. you have no control whats so ever, and u kinda grasp on last minute right be4 u completly lose it. and the floor beneath you is all weird and slippery so you keep slipping, and finally you hit some like a bump, so it take u out the fantasy, and u stop kinda like hmmm I better do something to stop this. lets just say. it completely freaked me out, can u tell by the way im talking. I think im afraid to drive now. I gots lots to say. its not normal. I may have hit my head. but I was driving, and and my actualy i wasnt driving i was in the passenger seat, and well it was raining but the windshield wipers were on low. so everythign would look drippy, and blurry for like a few seconds, but then the wipers would make it all clear. thats what i feel like life is like ( ... )
