Weight loss journal, starting this now.

I did say I was taking a break from the internet but probably going to keep it open as a weight loss live journal at the moment. I would say that every year I want to loose weight and I end up loosing 10 or 5 pounds which is nothing in the grand scheme of things. Currently in the same process :P. Been on a diet ever since I came back from Disney. So far I lost about 3 to 4 pounds and expect by the end of the week to have lost a bit more, getting me under the 176 pounds. My goal is getting to weight around the 165 pounds. Few more weeks and I should be there :P. Good luck :D.

Alyssa and I have been biking a bit more here and there. Especially with the weather not being 100+ like in the summer so we're taking advantage of the cooler temperatures. We know biking won't cut it though, changing our eating habits and a full body work out instead of just cycling will help a lot more. I'm hovering around 150, which doesn't seem like much really, but I'm far from healthy I think. Going to start taking some vitamins again as well. In the mean time though I'm trying to figure out how to do this full body work out I found here. http://tinyurl.com/7h8m69f
