wise words from JDL navarro1 May 1 2006, 16:09:27 UTC
very true. the awesome thing is that the bible is full of people who didnt know what they were doing next and just did what they knew to do, follow God and depend on Him..live the life they knew God wanted them to live, etc. We have many examples to look up to. woot woot.
My favorite examples are in Genesis, the people in Genesis REALLY didn't know where God was leading them.
Hebrews 11:8 "By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went."

It just shows that our job is not to know what it is were going to do, but to just simply obey. Your very wise.

okay i need to stop procrastinating and go study for finals. =(

I agree. I think it's very important to experience God in day to day life, just knowing him, developing a real relationship with him.
A paper journal is also a very good idea. It is important to write just for you and God, not for an audience. It's important to have a place where your thoughts are not filtered, but they are just written in their truest form from your heart onto the paper.
Looking forward to hanging out with you guys this summer!
