My training is improving... but only just! I'm now up to 10 miles for my long run but I ache every day and twice as much on sundays.. the first 24 hours after! I received my sponsorship package this week, I now feel as though it's really happening and I'm going to get to NY and actually run in the marathon.... well jog anyhow! :0
