so i went running today intending to do 10 miles but stopped at 7 because it was so hot outside. it's crazy how summer just shows up one day. you don't really get any warning

i'm with you on that one. i was in pretty good shape in high school. playing volleyball year round does that to you. georgia tech sucks away your time, your happiness, and your fitness. it's a sad, but true, fact of life.

Oh, and just so you feel just a little bit better about yourself, I have NEVER in my life ever 1) completed running a single mile without stopping or 2) done one pull up. Take that home. Chew on it.
