in the span of 7 days, i've run 30 miles. that's 14 two sundays ago, 3 on wednesday, and 13.1 last sunday. i love right before races because it's so easy to get up and run. if i don't have a race to look forward to, i run maybe once a month, but i would run every day right now if my knees didn't feel like 'sploding every time i finish
