well i don't know if any of you know but my dad keeps getting denied for social security and he really needs it.

about 7 years ago or so he was in a pile up on 5 going to work and in the accident his vertebrates were damaged and now they are cutting off spinal fluid to his brain which in turn can cause death. he needs back surgery. the doctors have

my husband's dad had to loose weight due to his diabetes, and he has lost 100lbs in 7 months, the best thing that he does is there is a little grocery store in modesto on carpenter that sells lean cuisines and other diet meals for $1 instead of like $5. and if her could do any exercise with that, like water arobics he could start to loose weight. The docts put my father in law on a 200 carb a day diet. 50 at each meal and 25 for a snack and you get two snacks a day....im sorry to hear that your dad is not feeling well. I hope this might help.. :/

he has a thirod problem so he doesnt loose weight thats why it has come down to gastrobypass ...
