Please don't start cutting. Honestly, it is one of the worst things you can do, and I know from experience. No matter how awful things seems to get, cutting is not the answer. If you can, try to find another outlet. Talk to someone, or write down your emotions and tear the paper afterwards. Something. You should carry a red marker pen with you. So if you get the urge again you should use it instead of reaching for a blade.
