...When I first arrived here, I was warned of the sorts of terrible things that happen in this town on an apparently regular basis.  I must say, however, I was quite unprepared for the sheer magnitude of actually living through such an event.  Tell me - does the town often resort to exterminating the populace wholesale, or is this simply a ( Read more... )

They tried to starve us all once.

Then there was the time when they told people to go kill each other for prizes. I wasn't actually there, then, but.

The town is terrible, plain and simple. It sounds like they've done even worse when I wasn't here.

I'd say this is pretty mild, actually.
