Here were my goals for 2008:
- Try at least one new thing every month. Can be a new food, location, or activity.
- Re-lose the 15 lbs. I gained this year by April and stay within 5 lbs. of that number.
- Re-gain full mobility in my right arm.
- Find at least one new client for my business.
- Keep Rachel healthy and safe.

I like your positive outlook. I'd like to not get any fatter, and lose some weight, to boot. I *think* I'm going to order the FIRM, today. People do WW and the FIRM together, and have great results.
Being a Jazzercise instructor is a great idea! Good way to make your weight goals, too.
