I decided to decide on if I wanted to pursue being an instructor by yesterday.
I've decided to go for it. I have nothing to lose. If I don't pass the audition in April, I get my money back.
I'm going to work very hard to be good enough.
We'll see what happens.

Here are three more inspirational reasons to become an instructor:
1. Having long struggled with my weight and self image, being an instructor helped me move beyond myself, and do something that not only keeps me in shape but also encourages others to do something that makes them feel good about themselves.
2. It keeps you sharp and aware... the need to be current not only physically, but socially--the who, the why, the where--to inform and entertain, to keep them coming back, to keep them thinking, to motivate them in a way that's new and fresh.
3. That you become part of a community so far beyond teaching dance moves and cardiovascular fitness. Where else can you get the opportunity to draw such inspiration from the lives of the students who share with you their challenges, victories, joys and sorrows?
Enjoy the journey!
