I can't believe I haven't told you about the icons before! I think I did a search for them once and found this amazing post by this fabulous icon-maker curtana. I have at least 20 of the icons saved on my computer but don't really have enough available userpics for them make a regular appearance.
Also, it's nice to see you around! You haven't posted much lately (that I am aware of). I hope you're just milling around, continuing to be awesome.

I am definitely still around floating through the whatever. I've been taking a serious social hiatus, both online and off, but I'm stepping outside the bubble a wee bit lately. :)
BTW, have you seen anything that the various Darkplace players have been involved with? After watching it I tried to branch out and follow the actors to other projects. I think the most famous is the Padre, who I want to bone shake hands with, Julian Barratt. He's in the insanely popular Mighty Boosh. Which I have this bizarre love/hate relationship with, and also it contains Noel Fielding who is <3<3<3. The Boosh is the closest in humour styles I think. Not parody, but surreal humour. Also contains Richard Ayaode and Matt Berry in supporting roles and even Alice Lowe in one episode so many Darkplace connections
