Grandma is out of the hospital. It was touch and go there for a while and she did have a minor heart attack while there. I know she's 92 and gonna die eventually but, It's been dreadful every time the phone rings cuz I've been worried I'm gonna answer only to hear my Grandmother is dead ( Read more... )

Glad grammy is doing better and will be home for the holidays.

Oh, bad influence or not... people make their own choices. To shoulder the blame onto you is them denying the fact that they chose the road they did. You are you, and should not be ashamed of it. If you are happy with your life, then you have made some good decisions. If you not, well, there's still time to fix some shit.

And some of us can indeed resist your Wile E Coyote ways. ;) Just don't let the anvil land on your head.
HUGS. Come hang out sometime.

Ditto what Sue said. I always loved family stories of those in the past. They are what made the family and helped make us who we are. ;-)

I believe Pete blames more of his faults on Bear than on you.

You are who you are. We have chosen to love you because you are who you are. This means even if we get mad at you or blame you for something, we will still love you all the same. You are a part of us and what makes us who we are. You are important to us and always will be. And there were alot of and's in this paragraph.

From what I have been told by your mom, your dad looks forward to this as much as you do and it is just as special. It is your guys special time. The time away from all the other times together. No muss or fuss. It is your pure time with each other. Often times the quiet times while doing something together are the most spiritual ... no matter how mundane they may seem to others.

Love ya ~

I don't blame any faults on anyone, I am proud of who I am and I thank the people who helped shape me. I admit that I had a hard time with bear's death and searched for ways to make it hurt less, but bear, and adam, beast, sean, sandie, sue, sarah, eric, jerry, and everyone else have been a great family, and when I was deciding who I wanted to be, I took the things I loved from the people I love and made them mine. Adam's wit and ability to ignore retribution, bear's love for art, beast's ability to cut people down with words... smiles, and happyness and love from everyone. I may not be the best person in the world, but I am happy and amusing. I love who I am, I love my family. I blame nothing of the people whome I love for the "faults" of mine.
