I think Utah might lose some of its population over this. Or perhaps women there will start electing to have their tubes tied to avoid murder charges. We are in America still right? Home of the free, land of the brave

Sounds like they're trying to do an end run around Roe v. Wade. Step 2 would be to label abortion as a form of miscarriage, and then start locking people up. Won't last an afternoon in the light of constitutional muster, thankfully.
