This all the way. We've really screwed up a good thing. I think we might be due for another paradigm shift regarding work. It used to be that everybody worked 6-7 days/week, sunup to sundown. Rising efficiency then did the same it has now, pushing many people out of the workforce. The solution was the 40-hour work week. Maybe the next solution is a 30-hour work week.
