dictator_duck just linked me to The Great Courses website and I think I'm in love. Learn all the things! I really, really, really want to buy the Story of the Human Language course, but it's a little out of my budget. The History of the English Language course, on the other hand, is just about affordable, as is the Life Lessons from Mythology one and I am oh-so ( Read more... )

That's the best site ever. I've seen the Hist of Eng Lang one, the one about Odds and Probability, and a couple others that I can't remember at the moment. They were a staple of my elementary homeschooling years (my mother was a teacher and so there was no messing around with it; we were actually schooled better than most of my peers, for which I'm grateful). So many fantastic serieses there.
