I know EXACTLY how you feel.

And I know it's impossible to force yourself to like someone, so I think you did exactly what you should have. Of course, I have the cold/distant/icequeen bitch reputation, so maybe I'm not the one to listen to, but it would be disrespectful to him to force an affection you didn't feel, regardless.

Give it time. You may warm up to him, he may get over you, everything may fall into place, etc.

I second this emphatically - if you *know* there is no attraction, don't try to force it - is much much crueler in the end. Be kind but not too kind.
