So I'm fishing up at Evergreen Lake about a week ago. As I'm walking around the edge of the lake, looking for a better spot, I find a grey cone with "Batman" written on it. Hmm... Stupid fish size limits!! I think if I went to *all* that trouble to CATCH a fish (and even did the fish yell and dance), I should get *something* for my efforts!! Like to keep the darn fish!

Ah well, rules...whatever! ;-) And perhaps I *will* post more on camping and *roughing* it later..... ;-).

Here's the part where I grovel and crawl... I just reread the regulations, and found that the 8" minimum Bluegill limit only applies on Lake Bloomington, not Evergreen Lake... *blush* We could've kept it and fried it up. But perhaps this is better, anyway.

And I'm real proud to have helped you get your first fish. :)

WHAT????????? I gave up a perfectly good fishie?? :-o Ah well..... ;-)

I'll just catch him NEXT time, and he'll be even bigger! *laughs evilly for no reason* ;-)

Besides I wasn't exactly fishing *legally* so perhaps that was the universe's way of saying, "Sorry.....gotta follow the rules, Miss Peppermint!"
