Yesterday morning sucked everything seemed to go wrong until track practice. That sounds crazy but we had a semi- hard workout...two 300s and 3 100s all out, I felt good after and Walker told me I looked good and tomorrow I'm running the 100 at NBC. I got home at 1:30 last night. My dad said something to me this morning. I didn't have anything good to say back to him, and I didn't even care, for some reason I just never care. Today I went on this history trip to philly. I hate cheaters, hypocrites, and people who are fake. But If it's one thing I hate more then all of those combined its just liars in general. If you lie to me once I will never trust you again.

Yesterday was possibily the longest day of my life, track meet at NY Armory in Brooklyn. Got to school at 6:20am-- was half asleep. The ride their felt like forever.
