LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
Laura Ann Hanratty
I, LAURA ANN HANRATTY, a resident of Livingston Manor, New York, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not being actuated by any duress, menace, fraud, mistake, or undue influence, do make, publish, and declare this to be my last Will, hereby expressly revoking all Wills and Codicils previously made by me.
I. EXECUTOR: I appoint EMILY DALRYMPLE as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and provide if this Executor is unable or unwilling to serve then I appoint JENNY GREEN as alternate Executor. My Executor shall be authorized to carry out all provisions of this Will and pay my just debts, obligations and funeral expenses.
II. BEQUESTS:
I will, give, and bequeath unto the persons named below, if he or she survives me, the Property described below:
Name: Emily Dalrymple Relationship: Frind, Fellow Rockstar Property: My forest Green Saturn SL1 1995, Talking George Bush doll, CD with "Christmas By the Phone", my electric guitar, my laptop (but dissinfect it first) and my Talking Bill Clinton Doll
Name: Jenny Green Relationship: Friend Property: SLC Punk Tape, EuroTrip DVD, Pictures from any and All concerts, My snowpants that arent Bulky, and any and all Catholic books or propoganda in my posession, and my two LL Bean bookbags, You can also have any incriminating pictures in my posession of us when we were kids, and all my soccer gear.
Name: Jessica Fisk Relationship:Friend, Fellow Rockstar Property: Any and all car accessories, Half the rights to the beformentioned Labs, Rollar Coaster Tycoon (in the hopes that you thiink of physics, and any and all books you might find of use, accept for the book i promised LiL BiLLy, and Play Station Games.
Name: _ZaKy Relationship: Friend Property: All of the guitar picks I stole from you, Any left over espresso beans, X-Box, the amount of $60.00 to but Halo, and any other XBox games.
Name Allison Coe Relationship: Friend Fellow Rockstar Property: Any justafiable Assets in bank account (currently $10.75), My plaid bondage pants, and Figgity.
Name: Joe Breslin Relationship: Friend Property: My tissues so you can build a better wall next time, and My good charlotte Posters, because I know you too love Good Charlotte, and my CD collection.
If a named beneficiary to this Will predeceases me, the bequest to such person shall lapse, and the property shall pass under the other provisions of this Will. If I do not possess or own any property listed above on the date of my death, the bequest of that property shall lapse.
III. ALL REMAINING PROPERTY; RESIDUARY CLAUSE: I give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, of whatever kind and character, and wherever located, to Jenny Green, provided that Jenny Green survives me. If Jenny Green does not survive me, then I give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, of whatever kind and character, and wherever located, to Jessica Fisk as alternate. If none of my named beneficiaries survives me, then the rest and residue of my estate shall pass according to the order of intestate succession in the State of New York.
IV. ADDITIONAL POWERS OF THE EXECUTOR: My Executor shall have the following additional powers with respect to my estate, to be exercised from time to time at my Executor's discretion without further license or order of any court.
Get my CD's Back from Tim, no matter what you have to do you can do absolutly anything cuz Its my dying wish, oh also, learn to play a song for me at my funeral on the guitar
V. OPTIONAL PROVISIONS: I have placed my initials next to the provisions below that I adopt as part of this Will. Any unmarked provision is not adopted by me and is not a part of thisWill.
__LAH__ I direct that my remains be cremated and that the ashes be disposed of in the following manner:
I want my ashes to be brought to Ireland by whoever i do not make sick.
