I kind of like it that now when I get a B, I feel like its a good grade. I'm not saying I'm lowering my standards. I still want to do my best and give my all to school, but graduate school is incredibly hard. i'm extremely overwhelmed. it seems like just in the last week my life flew out of control. i've got a million meetings, a million things to do...and know i will get through but am sort of flying by the seat of my pants right now.

it's going to be a rough quarter.

I just put together my class schedule for the next year and a half. I don't get to take as many disability related courses as I'd like---but I suppose I educate myself about those issues and know about them even though I'd like to discuss them in class ( Read more... )

I've finally adjusted enough to being in Chicago that I have been figuring out a "routine" for myself for next quarter. Heh. I'm not really a routine person but at the same time I work with a plan. I guess that does make me a routine person...ah well ( Read more... )
