I wrote that entry yesterday about the whole kids in church thing and then I let it sit for a few minutes. I read over the whole thing two or three times and then decided to publish it as I wanted to take a nap and let Jim do some stuff on the computer even though it was officially "my" time. Or course, as I was laying down to take the actual nap

I certainly hope not since my journal is a very far cry from any "real" type of writing. It's your journal, not those who read it. I have the same problem when it comes to my journal. I feel like I have to apologize when I don't have time to update my journal for a while or I feel like I shouldn't write this or that because of what people will say or think, etc. I am trying to not do that since it is my journal. Yes, it is a public journal, but it is still mine. It's hard to separate that out in my mind sometimes.

So you just keep writing whatever you feel like writing using whatever style you want and try not to worry about your public. ;c)
