here's passive agressiveness this morning, good start.

Wow I love waking up early because my roommates are in the kitchen, apparently not caring about how loud they are... oh and even better is then hearing the dishwasher start. The mornings when the dishwasher starts are my favorites, lukewarm showers for me. So sorry I was the one that was thinking and therefore my 9 and 10 o clock classes are the ( Read more... )

yeah, it's just one of those things that is not a fun way to start your day with. I would take morning showers, if my classes were earlier... but they aren't. Ahh.

HEY, is it bad having roommates? what is bad about it? and do you get to know them, or does is feel like living with shitty strangers for months? i would like to know. also, you know whent they estimate the cost of living for your school, do you think you spend more than the estimated cost of living?

i am going to evergreen state college next year, and i am gonna try and share a dorm with my two best pals, so i was just was interested. i have a question about renting a dorm, for this one type of dorm that is for 4 people, it says 4,000 and something dollars per year, well is that per person or is that price split up for everyone? i am guessing that you did live in a dorm last year, so how much did that cost for one year?

hey that's cool, congratulations on that and all! Okay first of all, i'm sure that a thousand people have warned you about living with your friends. Especially in a dorm. So, I won't talk about that. I would assume that since its 4000 per year, that it's per person. It's hard to say about mine because they kind of mush room/board together with tuition when you live on campus, but if I try to separate it and before all the other fees and things, it's about $3900 for the year.

Hey, I totally know how you feel. Remember phsyco chick? Oh, by the way, she's getting married, yeah, the one who is totally against marriage. She figures it's the only way she can keep her sugur daddie's money around longer. Anyway, it sounds like it's time to establish some rules. I learned a lot from my roomate situation with Corrie, and that was that there were a lot of things that annoy each of us. So maybe have a meeting with your roomies (this may sound dumb or unnecisary, but trust me, it helps your frazeled nerves, and your relationships in the end) and discuse all the things that tend to annoy you, in a nice manner, then write it down. For instence, the dishwasher. Explain to them that it is noisy and that you don't enjoy taking cold showers and would they please not start it until after a certain time, maybe they want to make a rule about puting the dishes away, I don't know, but you get the point. It really helps a lot. Hope the rest of your week goes well. Are you coming down for Thanksgiving? I hope I get to ( ... )

yeah yeah i know, i know... trust me you're not the only person who's told me these things, and we actually have had litle meetings or whatever, but its just hard with the way they are. I think things are fine, just need a little space right now between all of us. but yeah hopefully the dishwasher message was gotten. and no, i don't think i can come down... we'll have to see. talk to you later!
