Nice, you're doing better than me. I've never gotton a raise in the entire 8 years I've been working. (Not including the pathetic 3 cent raise for cost of living.) You must have passed like a 90 day probation period or maybe you just rock like we talked about! ;)

yeah I'm not really sure, the only thing I can think of is that maybe it was my 6 months with the company... but nobody said anything about raises, ever, and I thought 25 cents is kind of a big raise, so... just a pleasant surprise.
