In an effort to clean up my language I've decided to give up swearing for lent. Each time I swear it's going to cost me 50p with all proceeds going to charity when I'm done

aw but swearing is fun. It took me so long to be able to stop myself in front of the public. I still have to watch sometimes when we are doing the most physically dangerous stuff (like the comet making and water throwing).

It's not going very well so far. There's already £5 in there and I've had to stop myself several times. Grr, I'm going to be broke!

Fortunately I don't have a car to drive at the moment, so we're OK. I managed to survive yesterday's football game without swearing but didn't make it through the rugby on Saturday.
